You will need a working web-server, or access to web hosting, with PHP scripting
support enabled. FolderCMS has been tested with PHP version 5.2.10, although
anything newer than PHP version 4.02 should work.
People requirements
Whoever designs and implements your website will need a basic knowledge of how to
write and/or edit HTML code (and CSS code if you want your site to look fancy), in
order to create the site template.
Whoever maintains content on your website should be able (or shown how) to
access the content files on your web server, and edit content files in a text
editor, using basic HTML markup tags for formatting (for things like headings, images, line breaks<br /> and <em>emphasis</em>).
